The Thinkfinity Website is one of the most comprehensive K-12 curriculum related websites in the world.  The search capability is exceptional for finding lesson plans and topic related resources searching by grade level, discipline, and key word.  Thinkfinity is a web portal that provides, standards-based Internet content for the K-12 teacher and classroom, developed by the nation's content experts.  On-line resources provide high quality, commercial free,  professionally developed lesson plans, panel-reviewed links to top sites in many disciplines, classroom activities, and materials to help with daily classroom planning.

Many of the Thinkfinity resources have been linked to the Minnesota Academic Standards for Language Arts.  You may search for these through the MN Learning Loop Teacher Resource Center.

TIES offers workshops for teachers on searching the Thinkfinity website for specific classroom resources both at TIES and in districts.  Contact Dorothy Harmon for more information. The next workshop scheduled at the TIES Training Center is:  To Be Announced
