I'll show the unique characteristics of using Ning for forum discussions and the ease of use for teachers regarding grading.
- Advanced Photo Hybrid - Pam Signorelli, Art
I'll show a "day in the life" of a student in this hybrid class including the variety of posts, use of photo albums and peer critique.
- Roleplay in a Language Arts classroom - Liz Boeser, Language Arts
I'll show how Ning was used to create a roleplay around the topics of Internet filtering and technology policy at school. This Ning is unique in that it uses anonymity and alliance building.

- Mike Williams from Minneapolis Public Schools with demonstrate how
MPS is meeting the need for podcast production and storage. The
podcast files, both audio and video can now be accessed by the iPod
Touch. The iPod Touch and iPhone now boast 15,000 applications some of
which will change how we reach student learning needs in the classroom
and at home. Using the iPod Touch with the right podcast tutorials can
significantly enhance student learning. Educational applications on
iPod Touch will show how learning can take place using technology
anywhere, anytime, and any-size.
